So much more than a bib number, more fascinating than any finish line.
We think cycling is more than just about racing and suffering. It is about opening up our world. It’s about rerouting ourselves.
One of the best parts about running Road Holland is all the new friends we have made along the way. Many people send us photos of them wearing their gear on incredible rides. We finally stopped salivating over the pictures long enough to start a blog series highlighting many of these rides in more detail. One of our favorites is this, "A Most Uncomfortable Trip To Comfort, Texas" depicted in the collage above.
Now we want to reward you for sharing these stories with us and hopefully inspire more people to get on their bikes and just go.
Submit your favorite adventure and include a few photos to help tell your story. Your Cycling Short should be less than 500 words and emailed to us before March 11, 2016. All entries will receive a 20% OFF shopping pass and five finalists will receive a $100 gift certificate. We will then ask the internet to vote on the best essay by March 31, 2016 -- the ultimate prize will be $250 in gear. Perfect to wear on your next adventure.
We have started to pick finalists, see them here.
There's a big world out there, so get cycling!
