All orders placed before June 10, 2016 are eligible for exchange or credit back to original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase.
All orders placed from June 11 to June 22, 2016 are eligible for store credit only if returned within 7 business days of receipt. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we are unable to accept the return. We advise you to check availability before sending an item back. If you send an item back and we do not have the item you wish to receive instead, you will be responsible for any postage charges to receive your originally-ordered item back.
All orders placed on or after June 23, 2016 are not eligible for return.

In order to complete an exchange and or credit, please hold on to your original order form, we'll need it. Please use a carrier that has tracking and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in transit. As long as the item is in unwashed, unworn (ie: no damage, anti-perspirant stains, etc.) condition with all tags attached as originally shipped, we can exchange or credit it assuming availability of what you wish to exchange for and date of order per the above.

We want you to get your product quickly so we use FedEx as our carrier of choice for domestic and international orders. We have found no better carrier in terms of speed, accuracy, and tracking tools. For your convenience, we provide several options – standard overnight, two-day, three-day, ground to best suit your timing.
Our Basic Ground Shipping is $7.50 USPS Domestic and $12 to Canada. International Fed-Ex is $30 to Most Countries.
